Three hours on Zoom of text study & meditation, inquiry & sharing,

to prepare ourselves for the great reset.

This mini retreat is included in the MJM monthly membership.

Currently enrolled Talmidim do not need to sign up. :-)

Each year, as summer softens in the northern hemisphere, the Jewish calendar

calls us into the intense cycle of the High Holidays:

on Rosh Hashana we celebrate the (re)birth of the world;

after the fast of Yom Kippur that cleanses our souls,

we are invited to rejoice during the festival of Sukkot — simply to be alive, between heaven and earth — before dancing with the Torah scrolls as we celebrate a new beginning.

This is a priceless gift we too often overlook — either because we don’t grasp its depth,

or because our busy lives don’t leave us space to receive it.

How can we connect to the beauty of each holiday, rediscover the meaning of their flow,

and give ourselves the chance to be truly renewed by these deeply transformative rites?

In this special mini-retreat to prepare for the Yamim Noraim, Rabbah Dr. Mira Neshama Niculescu

will guide us — through meditation, study, and reflection — to enter the transformative cycle

of the High Holidays with clarity and inspiration, and to carry that renewal into the world around us.

Join Rabbah Dr. Mira Neshama Niculescu for a mini-retreat in preparation for the High Holidays!

The half day retreat comprises:

-Text Study

-Guided Meditation

-Inquiry in small groups or via journaling

-Time for Q & A with the teacher

An online mini retreat is an ideal way to deepen our practice without needing to take time off,

and to integrate extended meditation in the midst of our daily life setting.
