What does it mean to be Free, what does it take, and how does it taste?

Just as lowers and plants break through their buds in the land of Israel and the Northen Hemisphere
we prepare for Pessah, the moment we broke through from Egypt.
According to Hassidic Masters, Egypt, Mitzraim, should be read Meitzar Yam- the narrow Ocean straits,
which symbolically represent our birth canal.

Yes it takes breaking through the matrix of many unconscious patterns,
confronting our fears and exiting the comfort zone, of our conditioning, to be truly free.

This is the great Teaching of the Holiday of Pessah, and this is one of the main goals of Jewish spiritual practice.
