Each class comprises text study, sharing by the participants in break-out rooms and all together, a short moment of meditation/reflection, and prompts for spiritual practices at home in between sessions. Our weekly Torah portion course is a unique and insightful approach to Torah study, drawing on the mystical and Kabbalistic teachings of the Meor Einayim commentary. Through this course, you will have the opportunity to explore the Torah portion in a deep and meaningful way, gaining a deeper understanding of its spiritual and mystical dimensions. Each week, you will dive into the insights of the Meor Einayim commentary, discovering its unique perspective on the Torah portion and gaining a deeper appreciation for its teachings. You will explore the Kabbalistic symbolism and hidden meanings in the text, as well as delve into the mystical practices and traditions that have been passed down through the generations. Through this course, you will gain a greater understanding of the Torah's relevance to your life, as well as a deeper appreciation for its spiritual and mystical dimensions.
