Description
MJM (Morning Jewish Meditation), is a self transformation program, based on a powerful indigenous Jewish Meditation technique: Hashkata. Hashkata is a Hasidic contemplative practice taught by the Piaseczno Rebbe. By teaching us how to grow in awareness and cultivate midot (character traits) such as compassion, generosity and truth, this deep spiritual discipline can help us reconnect to our spiritual nature and live in greater harmony with ourselves and others.
