MJM (Morning Jewish Meditation), is a self transformation program, based on a powerful indigenous Jewish Meditation technique: Hashkata. Hashkata is a Hasidic contemplative practice taught by the Piaseczno Rebbe. By teaching us how to grow in awareness and cultivate midot (character traits) such as compassion, generosity and truth, this deep spiritual discipline can help us reconnect to our spiritual nature and live in greater harmony with ourselves and others. This is not just a meditation program, it is a journey of personal growth. PROGRAM DETAILS In April, we practice the Midah of Hasidut (loving-Kindness). All sessions are recorded , so you can choose to either join the live sessions or practice on your own time. 1. Sunday session- This is our main session. A 75 minutes plenary workshop to support your practice. The workshop comprises a meditation, a Musar (ethics) talk, and a Q&A session. 2. On weekdays, we'll meet live on Tuesday and Thursday for a 20 min morning meditation (see details below). 3. Every week we will have two recorded guided meditations, one for weekdays (Monday & Wednesday), and another for Friday as a preparation for Shabat. IMPORTANT *On weekdays there are 2 live sessions (Europe, East Coast and West Coast). If you miss a session in your time zone, feel free to join another group.        Central European Time meets at 07:30am (Barcelona, Paris, Berlin)       Eastern Standard Time meets at 07:30am (New York)        Pacific Standard Time meets at 07:30am (San Francisco)   ** The program is offered on the basis of Terumah (Voluntary Contribution): - Supportive rate: 104 $. - Regular rate: 78$ - Scholarship rate: 52 $ Everyone is welcome, no matter your financial capacity at the moment.
